Boshi product warranty rules

Since the purchase of electronic products ( boss of warranty affixed to date), in the context of normal use, one year warranty details appear in the product failures, to provide free warranty service.

In my company to buy the products beyond the warranty failure, providing repair services, to collect related material fees and service support fee, for more than product warranty does not promise 100% repair.

The following defects or damages, whether in the warranty period, are not free in the warranty.

In 1, no warranty companies paste products;

In 2, the product has been beyond the warranty period;

3, not to use products specification, installation, maintenance and error caused by improper use of failure or damage;

In 4, the element of surprise or man-made reasons ( including computer virus, handling, extrusion, bump, scratch, impact, high temperature, inappropriate voltage input, corrosion ) leads to failure or damage;

5, because of the use of non-standard or unpublished software caused by the fault or damage;

In 6, due to a natural disaster or other force majeure (such as earthquake, fire and other ) causes the failure or damage;

7, other than the product design, technology, manufacturing, quality problems caused by the failure or damage.
